Standards nobody has time to build

Mains renewal is bringing more people into water than ever, from gas, telecoms and other sectors, while experienced people retire. The standards exist, but everyone is heads down on the work on their desk. Nobody has the time to pull the standards together, turn them into training, and make sure they reach every site.

That's where I come in.

Your standards and training partner

I work alongside your team and project manage the whole thing, with the industry understanding to do it properly. Before anyone picks up a camera, we agree the standards, what needs to be taught, who needs to learn it, and how they'll engage with it in best.

How I work

1. I start with your business. Your standards, your teams and your risks.

2. We set the standards. Built on water company and industry standards, and checked for technical accuracy with industry specialists.

3. We design the training. What to teach, who for, and how.

4. We deliver it. Video filmed on your sites, with your people, in the language your teams use, plus presenter materials.

5. We embed it. A rollout plan that reaches every level, from site teams to supervisors and project managers.

Why me

I'm not a water engineer, and I don't pretend to be. I spent the first half of 2026 listening to Ofwat, water companies and contractors at every tier. I bring twelve years of making complex, technical industries understandable, and the tier-one and tier-two contractors I work with trust me to get this right.

People are this industry's biggest asset. I am on a mission to make sure every one of them knows the standard and upholds it.
